For a publishing proposal, provide the exact offer URL, intended country, business contact and documentation for the claims you want considered. Explain the reader’s question and any important exclusions. An enquiry does not guarantee publication, favourable coverage, a fixed price or a particular schedule; any commercial scope would need to be agreed separately.

For an order, delivery, cancellation or refund question, contact the seller that handled the transaction. This website does not take payment or operate an order system. We can examine the wording and destination of an article, but cannot access another company’s customer account or process its returns.

For privacy questions, identify the page or correspondence involved and describe your request. Avoid sending passwords, payment-card information, copies of identity documents or personal details about someone else. If further information is genuinely needed, an appropriate way to provide it can be discussed.
