Reading a page, sending an email and following a supplier link involve different information flows. This page explains what happens at each stage and where to direct a question.
Who handles an enquiry
Print Pronto is published by Crafted Media Ltd. Questions about information used in connection with this website can be sent to help@print-pronto.com. Include the page address and explain the information or action you are asking about. We need enough context to locate the matter, but you should not send payment-card details, passwords, identity documents or information about another person unless it is genuinely necessary and an appropriate channel has been agreed. The company-information page identifies the publisher.
Reading pages and technical requests
Reading an article sends ordinary web requests needed to deliver the page and its images. A hosting provider may keep technical records for operation, troubleshooting and security, including information associated with those requests. This website does not run behavioural analytics, advertising pixels or a reader-account system. We do not present a visit as an application for an offer. The existence of a server log is separate from the optional tracking systems that are absent from these pages.
What the contact fields do
The contact fields prepare an email draft in your own mail application. Typing in them does not send a message to our server or create a stored website submission. You can review, change or discard the draft before choosing to send it. Your mail provider then handles the transmission under its own arrangements. If you send the message, its contents and contact details are used to understand the enquiry, reply where appropriate and maintain the correspondence needed to deal with it.
Keep correspondence proportionate
Send the minimum information needed for the question. A correction usually needs an article URL, the disputed wording and a supporting source; it rarely needs personal documents. A placement enquiry needs a business contact and the exact offer page rather than customer records. We do not promise a fixed deletion date that has not been established for every type of correspondence. If you want to discuss information in an earlier message, identify that exchange so the request can be considered in context.
When you follow an external link
A seller, source publisher or video platform operates its own website. Once you follow a link, its privacy notice and technical systems apply to that visit. A commercial URL may include campaign parameters identifying this publication or article. Those parameters are not the text entered in our contact fields. Before giving a seller your address, payment details or other information, check its identity and privacy information directly. We do not receive an order through this website.
Questions and future changes
Contact the publisher if this description does not match something you observe, or if you want to ask about correspondence you have sent. Describe the page, approximate time and relevant action without exposing secrets. If the site later introduces an optional tracking service, account or server-based form, the explanation and any required controls need to reflect that change before the new function is used. The current notice describes the present publishing and email-draft setup, not hypothetical services.
