Cookies

These pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies. This notice explains browser storage, technical page requests and what can change when you visit an external provider.

The current setup

These pages do not set analytics or advertising cookies. They do not use browser storage to build a reading history, remember an advertising profile or maintain a signed-in account. You can read the articles and follow ordinary navigation without accepting optional tracking here. A consent banner is therefore not being used to ask for permission for tools that are not installed. This description concerns print-pronto.com; another site opened from a link has its own setup.

What a cookie usually does

A cookie is a small piece of data a website can ask the browser to retain and send with later requests. Other browser-storage technologies can keep information locally too. Their purpose matters: a login function and an advertising profile are different uses. This website currently provides neither a reader login nor personalised advertising. The explanation is included so that the absence of a banner can be understood alongside the functions actually available on the site.

Pages, images and server logs

Loading an HTML page or an image still makes a network request. Hosting systems may record technical request information for delivery and security. That activity should not be confused with an analytics cookie placed in your browser. You do not need to enable an optional advertising tracker to read our content. If you inspect your browser, distinguish storage belonging to this domain from storage created by another open site, an extension or a previously visited external destination.

Commercial links and their parameters

Some outgoing URLs contain campaign information that helps identify the publication or article. A URL parameter is visible as part of a link and is not, by itself, a cookie stored by this site. The destination may use its own tracking or referral systems after the page opens. Our funding page explains that a commission is possible only where an active arrangement covers the link and a qualifying action. The presence of a parameter alone does not establish such an arrangement.

Controls after leaving the site

When you open a shop, video service or other source, read the notice shown there and use its controls for that service. Accepting or rejecting something on an external website does not create a preference centre on this one. You can also review storage and site permissions in your browser. Clearing data may affect logins or preferences on the services that set it, so check the browser’s explanation before removing information you still want.

If the setup changes

If optional analytics, embedded services or advertising technologies are introduced, their actual behaviour must be assessed and the notice and controls updated accordingly. We will not treat continued reading as blanket permission for an unspecified future system. For a question about the present page, contact help@print-pronto.com with the URL and the behaviour you observed. Do not send private cookie values or authentication tokens. A description of the issue is enough to begin checking it.
